A Secluded Urban Backyard
I love the shady areas of our yard, especially during the summers. We’ve built a patio in our urban backyard with a deck, lawn, our Charcoal Aluminum Sectional, and gardening spaces—and surrounded it with plants. I like working from there whenever I don’t have meetings, and since it’s out of sight from the main house, it’s a good escape when I need some time to myself. When the whole family is around, we have a shady place to unwind while keeping an eye on the kids as they run around.

Rooftop Townhome Oasis in Columbia City, Seattle
Before I bought my first home, I bought my Outer furniture. I'd never owned Outer before, but in doing my research, I knew it was exactly the quality furniture I wanted. Once it was in place on my townhome's rooftop, I knew it was a great decision. I spend HOURS enjoying my Brown Wicker sofa every week, and recommend you do the same! I never have to take the cushions inside or worry about if I'll be able to clean them - the covers, and washability, make it a breeze.

Glamping Vibes in This Seattle Backyard
We have an outdoor deck on concrete floor surrounded by steel railing, and our seating — including our Teak Loveseat and 2 Armchairs — is around a natural gas fire pit. The outdoor space has both wide open sky and a feeling of privacy, even though it faces the street. Large surrounding trees and a gentle breeze make you feel like you’re camping, especially when the fire pit is on.

A Private Escape in the Pacific Northwest
Our backyard is a nice private escape in the middle of the city. We love that it has a dedicated room for dining and another tier for an outdoor living room with our Wicker 6-Seat U Sectional. It's a chill space, and you can often find us swinging in our hammock, listening to music, and lighting a fire in our solo stove.

A Lanai Over Lake Washington
Sitting on our lanai, we have a spectacular view of Mount Rainier. We swim from our lanai, where our Aluminum 4-Seat L Sectional, Armchair and Ottoman is, and also use it to launch our paddleboards. We love spending time outside, particularly for coffee in the morning.

Modern Rooftop Escape in Seattle
My partner and I are both young professionals in the tech and accounting industries. Living amid Ballard's brewery district of Seattle, we love grabbing beers with friends. We're often out hiking, caught exercising, or enjoying our rooftop patio. In our downtime, we like raising and training our two energetically smart Australian Shepherds and relaxing with a glass of Washington's great wine. Our rooftop deck sits atop a newly built modern townhome. On a clear Seattle day, we enjoy views of the Olympic Mountains which provide beautiful sunset backdrops. We love escaping to our roof to take in the fresh morning air over coffee, work from home mid-afternoon, or enjoy a late evening dinner. Our Outer sofa has enabled us to take full advantage of the space and enjoy even more time outdoors.

A PNW Backyard Designed for the 5 Senses
We have a backyard patio that is half covered with a glass awning. The landscaping was professionally designed to appeal to our senses. Taste: delicious fruiting bushes, like blueberry and raspberry, and vegetable beds offer edible delight. Smell: we’re surrounded by fragrant lavender and roses. Touch: fuzzy lambsear, and of course sight: we have a striking Japanese maple and hydrangeas. We love entertaining and playing with our kids out here, our two favorite activities. It also gets great light, so it’s the perfect place to dine al fresco or soak up some sun on our Aluminum 4-Seat L Sectional.

Urban Backyard for Entertaining
We are a retired couple with 5 kids. We love to gather and create food and drinks for our family and friends, often. We have redesigned our small urban outdoor space, going from a flat piece of grass that we never used to our new privacy fence, patio, plantings and Outer furniture. We purchased the Charcoal Aluminum 3 -Seat Sofa, Throw Pillows and All-Weather Covers. We were able to host our both of our son's pre- and post-wedding parties at our home with our redesigned outdoor space. We feel like we gained lots of usable space in our home for entertaining.
