Garden Experience in Santa Barbara

I am retired and spend my time supporting various non-profit organizations in Santa Barbara. I love cooking, socializing with my friends, and helping the community. I recently renovated a mid-century modern house and gardens that were completely overgrown. I planned the gardens to offer multiple outdoor experiences, from a zen garden to a large deck overlooking a deep stream, as well as succulent gardens and open lounging spaces. When you enter the property, you arrive at the zen garden. I designed the entrance this way to offer a feeling of peace and happiness to guests. You proceed to the multiple deck areas where long picnic tables greet guests for dining, and rocking chairs beckon for resting. The creek-overlooking deck houses my Outer sofa and a fire pit for relaxation, and the large lawn area is perfect for playing games and enjoying the sunshine.
