I am a real estate owner and developer. My family is active and social. We enjoy hiking, snowboarding, skiing, kayaking, cooking, and traveling. We live in an 1890 Queen Anne Victorian house with a wrap-around porch. We have a great view of the street, sidewalk, yard, and many trees. We've added furniture, a movable fire pit, hanging lights, speakers, a portable heater, and a bar cart to the porch. I enjoy sitting on the sofa in the early morning to do my daily crossword and in the afternoon for my happy hour drink. It's a great place to escape! And yes, we also invite our friends over for socializing.
