An Australian Poolside Oasis Inspired by Palm Springs

I'm a retired executive who left Melbourne for a quieter and more relaxed lifestyle change in a nearby regional city. My dream, since I was a kid, was to have a contemporary house with a pool and a hint of mid-century American architecture, like in Palm Springs. Together, with my toy poodle, Stella, I have been lucky enough to do that. My enclosed pool area has a dining setting and on the other side is my my Charcoal Aluminum Sofa and two side tables. At night, in-ground lighting and the glow of the pool light adds intimacy to the space. The colors are primarily white and gray, with two large cacti as a salute to Palm Springs.
