Neighborhood Showroom®
An All-Weather Breezeway in Leawood, KS

Therese M.About This Showroom
When I renovated my 1942 vintage house, I added a two-car garage and one of the best decisions was putting my 10x20 breezeway between the original house and the new garage. I was actually inspired by the previous owner’s brick patio that she had built behind her home. We were able to salvage that brick for the breezeway! It is always shady and cozy. I especially love sitting out on my Charcoal Aluminum 3-Seat Sofa and Armless Chairs during rainstorms.
