We've lived in this house for close to 15 years now, and our newly renovated patio draws everyone outside like a magnet. It has plenty of room for a small dining and lounging area. I love how my kids come out in the mornings with a blanket and a book and read for hours cuddled up with Indie, my big lab. We installed some string lights so we no longer need to rush in when the sun sets. We just linger outside listening to music, chatting, napping, and even working. My house is usually always filled with my kids' friends—and now it feels that some might even be living with us!
