Modern Sanctuary in Arvada with Colorado Mountain Views

My husband owns part of the Sports Stable, which is a large sports arena/fitness/sports training facility in a neighboring city. I am the executive director of a nonprofit, The Butterfly Foundation, that helps Colorado families in crisis. My husband and I also own a CrossFit gym and yoga studio—CrossFit Forest and Shaanti Yoga—in Orange County, CA, where we lived before we moved to Colorado. We absolutely love our view. Our back deck faces a federally protected wildlife preserve, so we get to watch wildlife walk behind our back fence as they wander the area. On one side of our deck is a large majestic mountain range, which is gorgeous, and on the other side is a city view, which at night glitters with city lights. We have California/accordion doors that allow us to open up our indoor space into our covered deck. Given our covered deck has heat lamps, we can sit and enjoy our Outer sofa year-around, albeit wrapped in warm blankets in the winter. Also, our back deck is extended so we can host our large family for dinners and parties and extend into our outdoor space.
