A Private, Wildlife-Friendly Garden and Deck

Our backyard deck is shaded by beautiful Maple and Gingko Trees, and a deep valley runs behind the property and leads to a gorge with a waterfall. Our yard is very protected from the elements, so we have lots of birds. I love to garden, and have a veggie garden, lots of flowers, and plenty of plants that support habitat for wildlife and pollinators. Though we have many neighbors, our yard is very private thanks to the trees. I’ve designed it with several antiques I inherited, our Wicker Loveseat and Armless Chair, and a mix of some modern pieces as well.
