A Beautiful Backyard Designed for Kid and Adult Fun

We live in New York and have already gone through one set of outdoor furniture that did not survive the variable weather. We are overtired parents and the cover feature was a huge sell for us. We were dreading getting furniture that would require us to store or move pillows. We do not have the bandwidth for that effort but we were dying to be able to create a comfortable good-looking adult space. We absolutely love the Teak Collection. We are so excited to have a beautiful space that we can enjoy with friends, but can also stand up to the exploits of two young children. Our space has been used for family dinners, neighborly BBQs, and a place for the parents to hang while the kids play in the yard.

We are a married couple with two young girls who recently moved out of NYC. My husband works in finance and I was previously an elementary school teacher. We love to BBQ, camp, Ski, bike, hike, visit the beach and my husband is in a local dad band.
