We have one balcony and two roof terraces. Our Outer Brown Wicker Sectional sits on the largest of our outdoor spaces and faces south. We also have a dining area and two chaise lounges there with a rooftop garden and lighting—all very private for a New York rooftop. We love projecting movies outside at night, and my husband even plays his video games out there. We eat outside and work out there. I have to say, our new Outer is my favorite feature.
