Our screened in porch is truly an extension of our home: open, welcoming, and spacious. Outer is the only furniture that accommodates all the outdoor activities we love, like napping, lounging, reading, watching TV, playing music, and socializing with friends and family.

Contemporary Comfort in Lake Wylie, SC

We custom built an outdoor living space overlooking the golf course. We chose the Charcoal Aluminum 3-Seat Sofa, Armchairs and Ottomans. We included an electric fireplace and large screen TV so we can spend our days and evenings enjoying our new space. This is truly our happy place with skylights and a huge fan to keep the air moving during warmer weather and plenty of light. We changed the outdoor look to contemporary which is opposite a traditional interior. This area is large to entertain small to large gatherings.

A 2nd Story Deck for Entertaining

I have a 12 x 20 deck that is located on the second level of my tri-level townhome. I love having a space that is relaxing when I need a quiet moment to relax on my Brown Wicker 3-Seat Sofa and Armless Chairs, yet works so well for entertaining. We converted an old boathouse to be the Ballas Lakeside Bar and Grill. John is Greek and grew up in the restaurant business. He loves to cook for people and Donna likes to make sure everyone is having a great time. We live on the lake and love being outdoors. Friends are always stopping by, and sometimes staying the entire weekend. All are welcome! We just extended our patio and transformed an old boathouse into a fun bar and grill with flip out windows. We have a large fire pit, and our Outer furniture creates an amazing gathering place — we love feeding people! Our friends and family love spending time in the space, which feels like a living room overlooking the lake. Our new outdoors have transformed the way we enjoy our home.
