I’m a stay-at-home mom. I’m very active in my community and with my children’s schools. I enjoy long walks in every season and entertaining friends. Our outdoor space operates as an extended living room with peace and space for us to entertain friends with whom we socialize. We recently renovated our backyard to better suit our love of entertaining. Our space includes a large patio with room to lounge, a separate area for dining, and recreational activities for the whole family. It’s really a family room and recreation room rolled into one. We have a putting green, fire table, screen, and projector, plus cozy furniture, modern decorative elements, and landscape lighting. Whether we’re spending time as a family or entertaining other families in our home, there’s room for the adults to relax and the kids to enjoy themselves, too. The space is warm; it’s welcoming. And, most importantly, it helps us enjoy more evenings together in the beauty of the outdoors.
