I'm a busy mom and a content marketing strategist, consulting from home. I love to cook and entertain for family and friends. We moved to this part of Atlanta to take advantage of the Beltline and local parks. We love biking and hiking as a family. We recently turned a large open deck into a screened in cozy oasis. Weather permitting (which is most of the year in Atlanta) we leave the door open and spend most of our time out on the porch. We love our outdoor living room more than our indoor thanks to Outer! With the high ceilings, the screen windows are large enough to feel like you’re outside while staying in. Living in the heart of Atlanta, it’s nice to have a place to relax but still be a part of the hustle and bustle. There is enough space for my whole family to lay down and nap, eat dinner, or hang and watch a movie together. We just got a heater for the colder nights!

Our patio is our "private island," an escape from the hustle and bustle of the world. We love hanging out, watching sports on our outdoor screen, and letting Maya enjoy the "great outdoors." We enjoy eating dinner and having a glass (or bottle) of wine while we watch the world go by. Curating the space as a couple has been a blast and adds to the significance of it for both of us.

Cozy Screened in Deck in Southeast Atlanta

My wife and I recently renovated our home that's 2.5 miles Southeast of downtown Atlanta. We added a screened in deck with enough room for a lounge space and dining table. The teak outdoor sofa and chairs fit perfectly and look great! The back deck is an extension of our living room. Our friends and family love spending time out there for happy hour, meals, and socializing. We frequently have people over, and it's our go to space for entertaining.

Mid-Century Getaway in Atlanta

I work in finance and my husband, Arpan, is a physician. We love cooking meals together and enjoy wine and date nights. We also love taking cruises and traveling, which we’re looking forward to continuing with soon! We love our paver patios and with our yard being hardscaped, we have very little maintenance. We enjoy our swing and the fire pit that’s incorporated with our Outer furniture. We have a water feature and a dining area in progress and can’t wait to have the space fully complete. We’re planning on buying two new Armchairs to finish our space.

A Sports’ Fan’s Dream Porch in Decatur

I work in merchandising at a large retailer and my husband is a realtor. We are very active in our community. I serve on my daughters' school Advisory Council. We love hosting friends and family, and we have “Family Dinner Night” every Tuesday at our place. It’s nice to have a home-cooked meal together (...or sometimes pizza because let's face it, who honestly has time to cook every night these days?) We are also huge Atlanta sports fans — especially United, Braves, and Falcons, and I love to do yoga and Pure Barre as my schedule allows. Otherwise, we are outside with our girls, picking vegetables from our garden or riding bikes. We also love going for walks and eating good food at nearby restaurants. We have almost an acre in the city, which is fairly rare. We have a two-story deck with a screened-in porch and spend lots of time there, either watching sports or listening to music while a fire crackles in our outdoor fireplace (that is, when it’s not 90+ degrees in Atlanta!) We have two steel doors that open up to the porch, so it truly is an extension of our family room. Most weekend nights, we hang out on our Outer sofa watching TV or relaxing and listening to music. In the cooler months, we curl up to a roaring fire. It’s cozy, and a place where we create so many memories with our friends and family.

I live in the Buckhead district of Atlanta with my wife Elizabeth, son Henry, and French bulldog Roxy. I work in commercial real estate, and when I’m not working, I like playing golf and tennis, going for long walks with my family, and enjoying a dirty martini on the patio. Speaking of: The rooftop terrace at our home is an amazing space. Our Aluminum 4-Seat Sofa and Armchairs really brought it to life. We have a fire pit and great views of both city parks and the city's skyline. It’s where we go to entertain guests or unwind and discuss our day.

Pergola Retreat in Heart of Buckhead

I am retired and my wife is a court reporter, soon to retire. We both enjoy being outdoors and I’m an avid golfer. We recently redid our backyard patio to create an area for us to enjoy our landscaped backyard. We added a built-in grill and covered the patio with a free-standing pergola with adjustable louvers that can be remotely controlled. We chose the Outer Charcoal Aluminum furniture because we could quickly and easily cover or uncover when we wanted or we could bring the cushions indoors when the weather was bad. We initially started with the Outer Charcoal Aluminum Loveseat and two Arm Chairs arranged around a fire pit table. Once our initial project was completed, we realized that we still had room and easily added an Armless Chair to the Loveseat making it a full-size couch. When weather permits, we enjoy having meals and relaxing in the privacy of our pergola retreat in Buckhead.

Every evening, you can find us having dinner and family movie nights outside as the dog runs around and, when the weather permits, swimming in the pool.
